Marcela Manjarrez was appointed and Lina Young was appointed earlier in the month. Enterprise Financial Services, which is the parent company to Clayton-based Enterprise Bank & Trust appointed Lyne Andrich as a member of its board of directors. These three directors, who have also joined Enterprise Bank & Trust's board, will continue to serve the holding company until its 2023 annual meeting. A spokesperson for the bank didn't immediately respond to a message regarding whether the new members will be adding to or replacing existing board members. Since September, Manjarrez has been the CEO of M Strategic Communications Consulting. Enterprise Financial Services, based in Clayton, is a financial holding firm with approximately $13 billion of assets. Enterprise Bank & Trust has branches in Arizona, California and Kansas as well as Nevada, Missouri, Nevada and New Mexico. There are also Small Business Administration loan and deposit production office locations across the country. According to Business Journal research, it was the sixth-largest bank in St. Louis, with local deposits totaling $4.61 billion by June 30, 2021.
