Rohan Brown, originally from Hartford, CT is a former D1 basketball player. He left corporate finance after two years to start Barley Inc., which aims to revolutionize the beverage industry. He has participated in a number of startup competitions, including but not limited the MIT Sports Analytics Conference and Silicon Dragon URL at the Nasdaq Center. He also competed twice on the web series Entrepreneure Elevator Pitch. Barley allows customers to find bars, order and pay from their smartphones, all without having to wait at the bar. Bar owners also benefit from Barley’s one-stop-shop solution. Barley has expanded in Greater Miami Area after a successful beta in Philadelphia.
