Municipality Finance Plc issued EUR 30,000,000 notes, EUR 15 Million notes and USD 100 Million notes on February 7, 2023. These notes were issued under MuniFin’s EUR 45 billion programme to issue debt instruments. MuniFin applied for the notes to be allowed to trade on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The maturity date for the notes is 7/02/2028. MuniFin is entitled, but not obliged, to redeem the notes before 7 February 2025. The maturity date for the notes is 24 juin 2030. MuniFin is entitled, but not obliged, to redeem the notes before their maturity date of 24 June 2030. MuniFin (Municipality Finance Plc), is Finland's largest credit institution.
