Portland's Rain the Growth Agency names Jane Crisan CEO

Jane Crisan is a veteran of the agency for over ten years. Jane Crisan started her career as chief operating officer, and was promoted to president in 2015. Cardinal wrote that Jane's extensive experience in digital marketing, branding and analytics made her the ideal person to lead the agency into the next ten years. It's rare for a founder to hand the reins over to someone they admire and trust through hard-earned teamwork. Crisan has helped the agency expand its digital marketing practice and content production. The agency has improved its measurement capabilities and is now more efficient. Rylan Malerbi was also appointed chief financial officer by the agency, in addition to Crisan's newly created role. Malerbi was America's CFO at global media company Tag Worldwide. Crisan wrote that Ryan is a top operator who understands the intricacies involved in running a media and creative shop efficiently. Rain the Growth Agency was founded by Cardinal in 1998. It now has 300 employees worldwide and has generated $731.7 million in revenue for 2021. Humana, Lending Tree and Rothy's are some of its clients.
