Julian Nagelsmann names new-look Germany squad for Nations League

Germany’s head coach, Julian Nagelsmann, has announced the squad for the upcoming Nations League matches against Hungary and the Netherlands. Notable exclusions from the squad include Leon Goretzka, Antonio Rudiger, Serge Gnabry, Julian Brandt, and Karim Adeyemi. However, uncapped midfielder Angelo Stiller has been included, along with Aleksandar Pavlovic, who missed the European Championship due to illness. Julian Nagelsmann has also opted for Alexander Nubel to replace Manuel Neuer in goal. Germany’s previous campaign in the European Championships ended in defeat to Spain in the quarter-finals.
