Up to 20% of college financial aid applicants using the federal government’s new online form received incorrect results, potentially reducing aid packages. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which experienced previous delays, contained inaccurate tax information on over one million out of 6.5 million forms submitted, according to the Education Department.
