A superyacht cruise in the Mediterranean turned into a disaster for a British tech entrepreneur. The entrepreneur, who was recently acquitted of fraud charges, was aboard a 180-foot yacht named the Bayesian when it sank off the coast of Sicily during a violent storm. Of the 22 passengers, 15 were rescued, six bodies were recovered, and one person was still missing. The entrepreneur, known for founding a software firm, had sold his company for $11 billion, but faced legal troubles afterward. He was ultimately acquitted of all charges.
