Russia accuses Wagner chief of urging 'armed rebellion'
Macron is concerned about the recent detainment of Russian opposition leader Alexey Navalny, an Elysee official said.
The Elysee Palace announced Saturday that French President Emmanuel Macron follows the situation in Russia closely.
The President is closely monitoring the situation. "We remain committed to supporting Ukraine", the Elysee stated.
In a similar vein, Poland's president Andrzej Dda stated that they would be monitoring the situation "on a continuous basis."
We held consultations with the Allies and the Ministry of National Defense this morning due to the current situation in Russia. Duda tweeted on Saturday that the course of events outside our eastern border are being monitored continuously.
