What companies might lose by forcing workers back to the office

Sallie Krawcheck, co-founder and CEO of Ellevest, tells Clare Duffy from "Nightcap" why companies need to take a progressive approach when it comes hybrid work. Krawcheck stated, "I believe that we should start thinking about work in a different way." We need to see it as an environment where people can actually accomplish things, rather than a place people go to spend their time. "Krawcheck stated that companies should focus on the results and not the hours in order to get the most out of hybrid work. She said that if we start thinking about work this way, we will be able to free people to work wherever, whenever, and however they choose.
