Context I am about to hit my 5 month anniversary with the firm and have been there for 105 business days. I have been told by my performance manager that the work pipeline is slow because of holidays and the recession. I have been praised for my presentation skills, good work ethic and attitude, and self-awareness of my weaknesses. I don't really have a working knowledge of accounting or finance terms. I'm going to try and switch to a less quantitative field so I don't have to use Excel as much and focus on a different industry, where I can understand the business concepts better.
